SHIPPING:

Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €75. Feel ships to Italy and the world with the main couriers. Orders are processed and shipped during our working hours: Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:30 excluding holidays. On Saturdays, orders are only processed and then shipped by courier on Monday of the following week. The goods will be ready for shipping within three days of payment. The products ordered will be carefully packaged and then delivered to the couriers with the relative invoice containing the details of the prices and discounts applied.

TRACEABILITY:

You can check the status of your delivery at any time using the GLS tracking service. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking code, which you can use to track your shipment.

In Italy (DDP) delivery is approximately expected within two days of shipment;

In EU countries (DDP) delivery is approximately expected within three working days from dispatch;

In non-EU countries (DDU) delivery is approximately expected within three working days from shipment;

In the rest of the world: delivery is approximately expected within 5-7 days after shipment.
