How long does it take to make a change?

To take advantage of the exchange of an item purchased on the feelstore.it.com website, you must return it within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your package. Please note that this timeframe also includes the days necessary for the package to arrive at our office.

 

How to make the change?

To make an exchange you will need to contact FEEL at the assistance number 376 2435 101 or send an email to onlystorefeel@gmail.com indicating the reason for the exchange and the item with size and color you want to exchange for. After FEEL has authorized the exchange of the item, you will be sent a return notification with a link to make the payment in case of price difference.

How long will it take to receive my exchange?

Once the product sent is received at the headquarters, we will ship the replacement item within 5 working days.

 

 

Are shipping costs included in the exchange?

Shipping costs for exchanges are at your expense.
